Vitran 2는 Nuarc 특허인 자외선 경화용 이중 반사경(dual-reflector)을 적용한 큐어링 시스템입니다.
다른 경쟁 건조용 시스템에서 볼수 있는 적지않은 에너지 손실 및 느린 동작속도 ,뜨거운 장비온도등을
개선한 장비입니다.

Vitran II는 2개의 반사경을 사용하며, 두번째반사경은 주반사경 위에 위치해 램프위로 반사되어 손실되는
UV에너지를 시료로 향하게 하여 건조(경화) 효율을 높이고 램프의 수명을 연장시킵니다.

Vitran II의 이중반사경은 상부에 배출구가 있어 발생되는 열과 오존을 배출하고 외부의 냉각된 공기를
끌어들여 콘베어위의 시료를 냉각합니다.
Vitran II의 UV램프는 어느특정한시료 (열경화성 비닐..)에 촛점을 마춰 사용하거나
전반적인시료(무거운 금곡이나 유리계열)에 적당하게 조절해 사용할수 있습니다.

Vitran II는 300-watt/inch와 400-watt/inch 그리고 single 과 double lamp 모델이 있습니다.
Vitran II-300 은 125, 200, 250 및 300W로 ; Vitran II-400은 160, 200, 300, 400W로 세팅해
사용할 수 있습니다.
