Switchback은 고성능의 자외선건조장치(UV Curing
Machine)입니다.
이 장비는 Nuarc의 특허 반사경기술을 적용하여 출력을 400와트/ 인치 까지 중대시킬수 있으며,
160와트에서 400와트까지 출력을 조절할수 있습니다.
Switchback의 반사경 시스템에서는 세종류의 램프(수은등, 갈륨등 ,페릭 옥사이드등)가 사용가능 합니다.
램프타입은 자동으로 인식되며 세팅이나 점퍼를 변경할 필요가 없습니다.
램프변경시에도 작업자가 단순히 장비에 램프를 꽂으면 끝입니다.
따라서 작업특성에 따라 램프변경이 간단합니다.
선택사양인 듀얼 램프 시스템은 두 개의 반사경에 두가지의 램프를 장착이 가능해 필요에 따라
각각 다른 종류의 램프장착이 가능합니다.
이렇게하면 스위치하나로 시료에 따른 다른종류 램프의 작동이 가능해 작업효율이 획기적으로
향상될수 있습니다.
