소형 인쇄기입니다.
대형 고가장비에서나 가능한 제어기능 및 인쇄품질을 얻을수 있으며 정확하고 선명한 인쇄가 가능합니다.
이 장비는 인쇄회로기판(PCB), 명판, 패널, 배크리트 그래픽,플렉시블 멤브레인 스위치, 4 색상 하프톤 인쇄, 유리 세라믹
인쇄 등 정교한 인쇄에 적합합니다.
Saturn Platinum은 가변주파수 드라이브가 장착된 브러쉬리스 AC모터 두 개를사용합니다.
첫번째 모터는 스퀴지캐리지와 프린트플러드를작동시키고 다른하나는 헤드의 상하운동을 하도록 합니다.
스퀴지캐리지와 프린트플러드용 모터는 스피드표시가 디지털로 %상태로 표시되며
아주 정교한 스피드 콘트롤과 놀랄정도로 부드러운 스퀴지 및 플러드바의 작동을 가능하게 해줍니다.
각각의 스퀴지 작동속도와 플러드바 작동속도는 별도로 설정 가능합니다.
Saturn Platinum 은 Nuarcc의 SoftVac 무소음 고진공 시스템을 장착하고 있으며 진공및 blowback
이 독립적으로 조정가능 합니다.
비쥬얼 가이드 기능의 오프-컨택트 마이크로 레지스트레이션은 셋업및 조정을 간단히 신속하게 할수 있게
해주고 자동 싱크로나이즈 되는 cam-driven 필(Peel) 및 조절가능한 앞뒤의 프린트 거리(strock) 센서는
기본 사양에 포함됩니다.
