Kool-Mist applies a high-pressure atomized spray of water and food-grade silicone to cool down prints and minimize after-flash tack. Since Kool-Mist is used between the flash unit and the next printhead, it reduces the need for an open station after flash curing. Compact and portable, Kool-Mist is designed for use with nearly all of M&R’s automatic textile screenprinting systems. A single proximity switch and mounting bracket makes it easy to integrate Kool-Mist with the press. Other features include submersible pump, digital microprocessor, digital operator interface, and programmable controls. Kool-Mist carries a one-year limited warranty.
