Guardian II 는 Nuarc의 그래픽프린팅용 개스 가열방식드라이어(graphics
dryer)입니다.
버너는 최고효율의 열전달이 가능하도록 디자인 되었고 고성능 송풍기와 열분배시스템 으로
히트챔버 내부에 균일한 열전달이 가능합니다.
Guardian II의 열효율 시스템은 강력한 건조능력과 내부탱크로부터 찬공기를 가열시키는 방식의
독특한 에너지 전달시스템을 사용해 에너지비용을 절감시켜줍니다.
작업자는 건물의 내부나 외부의 공기를 사용 할 수 있으며 Guardian II의 다기능 모듈디자인과
광범위한 설정기능은 쉽고 경제적인 사용을 가능하게 합니다.
Guardian II는 LP개스나 천연 개스를 사용하며 편의성과 안전성을 위해서 가열이 멈춘 후에도 벨트와 블로워가
설정된 냉각 온도에 도달할 때까지 시스템을 작동 시킵니다.
Guardian II 는 디지털 스피드 콘트롤러, 편리한 스피드 세팅용 디스플레이, 쉬운 정비를 위한
슬라이드아웃 스텐레스 필터를 장착합니다.
Guardian II 는 자동 인공지능 온도 콘트롤러가 내장되어 정확한 온도조절이 가능하며 연료절감효과가 뛰어납니다.
Guardian II 의 선택사양은 일반 공기 또는 냉각에어쿨링 유닛, 고속 콘베어, 개별적으로 속도 및 방향변화가
가능한 스플릿 벨트 콘베어가 있으며 옵션으로 Switchback, Vitran II, UV Curing Module을
장착 할 수 있습니다.
