Discovery는 112 x 163 cm의 최대 이미지 사이즈를 제공하는 M&R의 멀티칼러 Inline UV Print/Cure System으로서 M&R의 Advantage와 Processor Series 의 인라인 프레스 중간 규모의 시스템 입니다.

Discovery는 전자제어방식의 중앙 Off-Contact 및 스퀴지와 플러드바(flood-bar)를 남겨놓은채로 스크린을
쉽게 언로드할수 있게 해주는 하이-리프트 캐리지 로 셋업 및 Teardown 시간을 절약할수 있으며 ,
플러드바 전면의 반대방향으로 자동으로 접어주는 옵션장치인 dripless 스퀴지를 부착하면
플러드스트록(flood strock)이 시작되기전에 잉크가 프린팅하려는 이미지로 흘러들어가는 것을 방지해줍니다.

Discovery는 또한 플랫 플러드(Flat flood)능력-전자제어 잉크보충시스템-디지털 마이크로프로세서 에 의한
자가진단 기능등이 있습니다,

상측의 양면 로케이터는 작업자가 양면 작업시 어느 모퉁이로부터도 적재를 가능하게 하고
이동형 로드 테이블은 작은시료의 로딩에 편리합니다.

Discovery는 정지 위치에서 플러드바와 스퀴지에 잉크가 흐르거나 묻지 않도록 하며 앞뒤로 올리거나
움직일수 있어 플러드바나 스퀴지의 탈부착이 용이 합니다.

스퀴지 압력 조절기는 스퀴지 압력을 항상 일정하게 유지시켜 줍니다.
Discovery의 좌우 조그 셔틀은 프레스의 좌우 인덱싱을 가능 하도록 해 .  
작업자가 테스트 프린팅시에 각각의 작업변경을 위해 라셋업할 필요 없이 스크린과 색상작업 정렬을 가능하게 해줍니다.

M&R의 특허인 진공 시스템은 프린트및 건조 공정중에 시료를 싱글 무빙 테이블에 안정되게 흡착하며
정밀한 인라인-인덱싱 테이블과 함께 사용하면 프린트및 건조공정 중 사용되는 특별시료에 대해서도
등록작업이가능합니다.

조정가능한 Blow-back은 Unload 스테이션 에서 작업자가 쉽게 언로딩 할수 있게끔 해주며
선택사양인 Take-Off시스템을 장착하면 생산성을 보다 높일수 있습니다.
선택사양인 Zoned Vacuum System은 작업자가 작업대 하부에 진공을 쉽고 신속하게 제어할 수 있도록 합니다.

Discovery 건조 시스템(Curing System)은 기본으로 300와트 램프를 제공합니다.
 선택사양으로 400와트가 있으며, M&R의 Switchback Cure System은 160부터 400 와트까지 조절할 수
있습니다.
Switchback은 세가지 타입의 자외선 램프(UV lamps): Mercury Vapor, Ferric (Iron) Oxide, and Gallium의 사양이 있습니다.
