Conquest UV carousel printing system
은 다기능의 멀티칼러 자외선 건조방식 회전 콘베이어형 프린팅시스템입니다.
이 시스템은 6가지 색상을 동시에 프린트및 건조 시킬수 있어 비용과 인력을 절감할수 있습니다,
건조시키기위해 쌓아 놓을 필요가 없어 쌓아놓기 어려운 시료나 깨지기 쉬운 유리같은 시료의 작업에도 효율적입니다.
프린트작업을 1Cycle에 완료시킬수 있으며
컬러 프린트작업시 설정된 내용의 저장이 가능하며 작업내용의 변경저장도 가능합니다.
시료의 일부분 프린트작업도 시료의 절단이나 훼손없이 진행시킬수 있습니다.
각각의 UV건조 스테이션은 독립적으로 동작합니다.
Conquest 시스템이 Print 하는 동안 UV Head가 시료위를 지나며 수간적으로 건조 시키게 됩니다.
이방법은 고정된 head에비해 작업속도를 빨리할수 있는 이점이 있습니다.
고정된 헤드에서는 건조시간을 늘리려면 작업대의 회전속도를 늦춰야 하는데 이는 작업속도의 저하를 가져와
비효율 적이 됩니다.
300와트의 출력으로 작동하는 6개의 스테이션은 독립적또는 통합적으로 동작하며 스피드 조절이 가능합니다.
Linear 인치당 125, 200, 250 , 300와트를 세팅하여 사용할수 있습니다.
더큰 용량을 위해서는 400와트 시스템을 리니어 인치당 160, 200, 300 ,400 와트를 선택 사용 가능합니다.
그리고 3가지 램프타입(Ferric (Iron) Oxide/ Gallium/ and Mercury Vapor (standard))을
선택할수 있는
Optional 스위치백 시스템을 선택할수 있습니다:160~400W/Linear Inch 까지 미세조정 가능
